Mezzanine for industrial warehouse

At the request of one of our customers, we have analyzed and verified the structural strength and the level of vibrations suffered by a mezzanine for industrial use.
The project has been structured according to the following phases:
– Definition of the applied loads and the type of ground connections of the structure.
– Creation of an FEM model for the analysis of the stress and deformation state along the mezzanine beams and the levels of vibration that can be supported by the structure.
– Evaluation of alternative constructive solutions with the addition of reinforcing elements and modifications of the constraints on the ground.

The definitive accessory to which the CE matricular plate has been applied to SAECON has been realized.
